Who am I?
I am officially Nicola, but most people call me Nikki or Nic
I have been in the health & fitness industry since 1997
I have worked with 1000's of women
I help women (over 40) overcome foot pain and reduce the risk of injury.
I specialised in foot health because foot pain is miserable - I know I have been there. I have had plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, broken toes, accessory navicular syndrome, damaged nail beds, pregnancy related foot pain, a zillion painful veruccas as a child.

The women I have worked with never start their pain story with their feet, they start with the lower back or knee, shoulder or neck pain they have suffered with.
I ask them about their feet, they can then reel off the foot pain they have suffered with too, bunions, corns, metatarsalgia, neuroma to name a few, no-one has ever put everything together - until now.
Then on a training course the penny dropped, like a stone, the biggest lightbulb moment I think I have ever had.
Everything starts from the feet up and if they aren't looked after they will hurt, and can cause pain and dysfunction further up the body, including pelvic floor dysfunction.
Once I understood the link, everything became clear and I am now really passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others in a language you understand - no jargon or latin names here.

Where can I access the course?
When the course starts you will get access to everything to work through in your own time via the FootCamp Portal - You will find this in the menu area when you log in.
How do I access the camper portal?
When you sign up you will receive your login details, user name and password, you can update these in the account section of the portal.
How long do I have access to the course information for?
All the information you are emailed will also be stored in the campers portal, so even if you accidentally delete the emails you can still access the information.
So I pay only once but have access to everything forever
The FootCamper portal will have everything laid out for you to easily access the course again and again.
