Does this sound familiar?

You’re brilliant at what you do. So why isn’t the diary fuller?

You post, share and advertise, then cross your fingers and hope the right people notice.

People look at your website or page, then disappear.

Enquiries go quiet before anyone books.

Clients come once, seem to love it, and you’re never quite sure why they don’t come back.

You know you’re good at what you do, but the business side doesn’t feel as easy as it should.

None of this means you’re doing a bad job. It usually means you’ve been looking at your business from the inside, while your clients see it from the outside.

How it works

Walk in through the front door, the way your clients do

Each of the six parts follows the same three steps. You start with what you think happens, then go and see for yourself as your ideal client, and put the two side by side.

What you expect

Start with how you think things work today, using your own instincts.

What you find

Become your ideal client and go and look: search, enquire, book and arrive, just as they would.

What you notice

Put the two side by side and see what jumps out. That’s where the real insight is.

It’s thought-provoking, not a test. There are no right or wrong answers, just honest ones.

Who’s driving the bus

Hello, I’m Nikki

I’ve been running my own businesses for 26 years, so I know what it’s like to be brilliant at your craft and still wonder why the business side feels harder than it should.

As a Business Diagnostics Coach, I don’t judge your business or tell you what you’re doing wrong. I help you look at it with fresh eyes, so you can see for yourself what’s working and what to change next.
