These terms apply to purchases from The Business Diagnostics Consultancy, operated by Nicola Beard.
Payment must be made in full when purchasing or booking a BDC product or service.
Knowing Your Business is a digital self-diagnostic product. Access is provided after payment.
Refunds are not available once access has been provided. If you experience any problems accessing the product, please contact me at hello@nicolabeard.com so I can resolve them.
The material is for the purchaser’s own business use and must not be copied, shared, resold or distributed.
Your consultation must be booked at least 3 days in advance.
You may reschedule your consultation once without charge by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.
Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation.
Any rescheduled appointment must be taken within 30 days of the original appointment, subject to availability.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your consultation, a refund will be provided.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the consultation are non-refundable.
If you do not attend your consultation, or arrive too late for the consultation to be completed properly, the full fee remains payable.
If Nicola needs to reschedule your consultation, you will be offered another suitable appointment. If this cannot be arranged, a refund will be provided.
Consultations take place online using Cal Video and last up to 2 hours. You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device.
If technical problems prevent the consultation from taking place, Nicola will decide whether to continue by another method or reschedule the remaining time.
BDC services provide independent investigation, observations and practical recommendations based on the information available.
You remain responsible for your business decisions and for deciding whether and how to act on any recommendations. Specific financial, legal, tax or regulated professional advice is not provided.
Results cannot be guaranteed.
Information shared during the diagnostic process will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or you give permission for it to be shared.
By purchasing a BDC product or booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
